Getting Started

Go to RecoveryRachelOhio.org. There are two options:

  1. Browse providers to search listings like you would on a search engine or use filters to narrow provider details, or
  2. Talk or Chat with RecoveryRachel for step-by-step guidance.

For Providers

Provider information is updated in two ways. One way is through the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) licensure records. When a provider is certified through DBH, RecoveryRachel is updated accordingly. The other way is through direct input from DBH-licensed providers. Providers can log in and update their own information anytime.

Currently only providers licensed and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) that provide on-site services are included. If you are licensed and certified by DBH and do not see your organization listed, please email help@recoveryrachelohio.org. Additional provider types may be added in the future.

The “Guide to Updating Provider Profile Information on RecoveryRachelOhio.org” is available here.

The “Information verified by provider” badge confirms the information has been reviewed and verified for accuracy. If it appears next to a provider's full profile, it means the organization has reviewed and confirmed all the details within their profile. If the badge appears next to a specific item – like a location, phone number, or insurance – it means that individual detail has been confirmed. Please refer to the Guide to Updating Provider Profile Information on RecoveryRachelOhio.org for assistance in updating your profile.

If you provide a service that is not listed as an option, add it in the free text "Overview" section of your profile. RecoveryRachel searches this section when matching users with providers. For example, bi-polar disorder.

Yes, please send an email to help@recoveryrachelohio.org.

OHID login with a company email is preferred for security, but we understand some organizations use personal emails. If you have a non-business email account, additional vetting is necessary. Email help@recoveryrachelohio.org to explain your situation. We typically respond within 48 hours.
