Provider Information
The "Information verified by provider" badge confirms the information has been reviewed and verified by that provider for accuracy. If it appears next to a provider's full profile, it means the organization has reviewed and confirmed all the details within their profile. If the badge appears next to a specific item — like a location, phone number, or insurance — it means that individual detail has been confirmed.
Provider information is updated in two ways. One way is through the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) licensure records. When a provider is certified through DBH, RecoveryRachel is updated accordingly. The other way is through direct input from DBH-licensed providers. Providers can log in and update their own information anytime.
