One Me To Be (OMTB) is a CARF-accredited community behavioral health agency proudly serving Toledo, Ohio, and surrounding communities. We provide compassionate, person-centered mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our services include Mental Health Day Treatment (MHD), Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST), Diagnostic Assessment, Individual and Family Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Behavioral Health Respite, and Care Coordination.
