H.O.P.E. Counseling and Addiction Services (HOPECAS) and Adult & Teen Challenge Ohio Valley (ATCOV) would like to welcome you to our program. We are uniquely designed and balanced to provide spiritual, emotional, and practical teachings that focus on the whole person in a residential environment. HOPECAS is a state-certified outpatient substance abuse treatment program in Ohio that provides comprehensive drug and alcohol counseling with mental health support. The program offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and less intensive outpatient options, serving individuals throughout Ohio. The program delivers services through a multi-disciplinary team of licensed professionals using various therapeutic approaches with comprehensive treatment options. Faith-based residential support programming through ATCOV is available for those who are in need of assistance with housing. Program participants have the opportunity to reside with Adult and Teen Challenge Ohio Valley for up to one year.
