Christian Children's Home of Ohio (CCHO) Inc., and the One Heart Family of Ministries consists of not only CCHO, but also Encompass Christian Counseling, Encourage Foster Care, and One Heart Stables. Christian Children's Home of Ohio Inc. is certified and accredited through various state and national organizations.
Christian Children's Home of Ohio (CCHO) is a residential treatment facility providing comprehensive therapeutic services for abused, neglected, and traumatized children ages 6-18. CCHO offers multiple therapeutic approaches including equine-assisted therapy, art therapy, and certified trauma therapy, while serving up to 46 children at a time in their Wooster, OH facility.
Encompass Christian Counseling offers clinical counseling to help families and individuals of all ages overcome mental, emotional, relational and substance use concerns. Encompass Christian Counseling has various offices and providers throughout the Central and North Eastern part of Ohio and offers both virtual and in person appointments.
Encourage Foster Care recruits, trains and licenses foster parents whose services and support extend throughout 16+ counties in Northeast & Central Ohio.
One Heart Stables provides Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to clients to help them meet their treatment goals. One Heart Stables is located at CCHO's facility in Wooster, Ohio.
