Bloom Recovery Network is an Ohio-based healthcare provider offering OMHAS-certified 72-hour Driver's Intervention Programs. The organization, led by Kelly Burden, a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor, specializes in court-referred programs and works closely with Allen County Intensive Program Supervision Department, while also focusing on community violence prevention and restorative justice initiatives through their sister non-profit organization, Branches LLC.
